请问picasaWeb国人“阅微堂”开发的插件在哪里下？

看到以前的帖子有介绍的，貌似还不错，不知道哪里可以下？

首先在wp-content下建立文件夹ｃａｃｈｅ权限为７７７
然后在设置ｐｉｃａｓａ中username：ｒｅｓｅａｒｃｈｗｈｉｔｅ
其他的都没改，怎么还是看不了呢
